Stian Borg-Stoveland

Stian has a Bachelor's in Biology and a Master's in Coastal Zone Ecology, both from the University of Agder.
He is now working on his doctorate at Ecofishcircle in collaboration with the Norwegian Research Council/University of Agder.
In his PhD project, he will investigate the possibilities of using the nutrient-rich waste water from land-based farming in the cultivation of microalgae.
In addition to cleaning the water before it is released into the recipient, the algae also have great potential as a fish feed additive.
