Smiljana Divjak has overall responsibility for the company's economy, finance, HR and IT functions, and ensures compliance with laws and regulations relating to financial reporting, tax and levy (compliance). Divjak has a bachelor's degree in economics and administration from the University of Agder, in addition to several development programmes, from UIA and BI.
She has extensive experience in financial management, business development, project management and credit and risk assessment.
