Mats Staddeland
Technology manager
Staddeland joined EcoFishCircle in June 2023. He has a bachelor's degree in aquaculture operations and management from Nord University and a master's degree in aquaculture from NMBU - aimed at land-based farming. At the same time, Staddeland has broad experience in the industry, including from food fish production and hatchery production in flow-through and RAS facilities. After 6 years of both studies and work, he finally moved back home with all the knowledge he has acquired along the Norwegian coast. It comes in handy when he is responsible for follow-up and further development of the innovative technology in the company.
